We had an unexpected plumbing issue (crack water filtration system) and after calling Advanced Plumbing they called back in 20 minutes to let us know Keith and Matt were on their way! When they arrived they immediately diagnosed the issue as well noticed another problem that should be addressed if we wanted. Keith and Matt gave us several options on how to fix the issues while making sure we were well informed in order for us to be able to make an educated decision. I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but I had to for Advanced Plumbing because I was so impressed. I was able to get an appointment really quickly, which was a huge plus. Keith was great…super friendly and personable, but also professional and really knowledgeable. He walked me through some bigger projects I’ll need down the line and gave me options that actually fit my budget without any pressure or upselling. He fixed my immediate issue quickly and did a great job. I’ll definitely be calling him back for future work. Highly recommend! Super nice guy too.

Update four years after that last update: still think this place cannot be beat. Hire them, you'll be super pleased that you did. Update two years later: Advanced Plumbing just helped me convert from oil to propane and installed a new boiler. Everybody did a great job helping me understand details, build a system to help with poor hot water in the kitchen and both showers, gave me a few options to choose from, and even strategized with me when I had to scramble to find a propane company to get here on short notice. The entire staff is professional, Keith did a great job explaining the work once he was finished, and they even made my basement CLEANER than when they went in. Just a great company to work with. Called Advanced Plumbing with a bit of an emergency and after a really bad experience with another company just the day before. Keith was incredibly responsive, helped me with a detailed quote of the work, showed up early, and did an incredible job. There were some other problems with the system and they were explained to me in terms I could understand and he gave me options and spent plenty of time taking it all over with me. Cannot recommend this company enough!
